P2 class
I came across LDW via a random ad on IG. So glad this happened. Being an experienced individual I signed up for the P2 class. The course line began with validating zero, then working various fundamentals, and lastly running drills that were a culmination of all we had done. I was able to take away several things that will incorporate into my routines. I found that Justin is an excellent trainer and would not hesitate to recommend him and this course to anyone wanting to preform better.
