If you are unhappy with your item and would like a return and refund:

 

We’re bummed you’re not happy with your item. We have a 7-day return & refund policy, which means you have 7 days from when you receive the item, to request to return it to us for a refund. You must follow these steps:

 

  1. To be eligible to return your item for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be unworn or unused, with tags still present, and in its original packaging.
  2. Send your return and refund request, order number, and photos demonstrating the item is unused, to info@libertydefenseworks.com.
  3. If approved, we will send a confirmation email to you confirming that you are approved to return your item for a refund.

 

Once we’ve approved you to return your item for a refund, follow these steps:

 

  1. Send item to the return addresses that is present on the order form contained with your original shipment. NOTE: You MUST return your item to the specific return address on your order form, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Send the tracking information to info@libertydefenseworks.com so that we can be on the lookout for your item.
  3. Once we receive the item, and have inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at info@libertydefenseworks.com.
    • If not approved, due to your item being used, worn or not returned in the 7-day timeline, you will not receive a refund.

 

**Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.**

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Rather, follow the process outlined above, and once your return and refund is finalized, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Clearance or discounted items are FINAL sales and not eligible for refund/returns.

 

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Clearance or discounted items are final sales and cannot be refunded.

 

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you've received items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect you are eligible for a return and refund. To process a return and refund of your damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

 

  1. Remove the defective/damaged item from the packaging and take photos of all sides of the item as it will be reviewed to determine if in fact the item was damaged or defective.
  2. Send your refund request, order number, and photos demonstrating the item is defective/damaged, to info@libertydefenseworks.com.
  3. Once reviewed, we will send a confirmation email confirming that you are approved to return your item for a refund.

 

Once we’ve approved you to return your item for a refund, follow these steps:

 

  1. Send item to the return addresses that is present on the order form contained with your original shipment. You MUST return your item to that specific return address and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Send the tracking information to info@libertydefenseworks.com so that we can be on the lookout for your item.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, items used for consumption (i.e. tumblers, mugs), and custom items (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for stickers, magnets or patches. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
